Starting point

With the incorporation of an ERP, ERRE needed a better overview of the data that was being entered into it, especially those related to billing and project execution.

Solution

A dashboard was created from scratch, according to the needs of the company. In this case, several dashboards were created with general company data, filtered data by team and filtered data at project level. The dashboard focuses on showing data regarding projects, invoicing and budgets, internal company ratios, margins, objectives, and some human resources elements.

Outcome

ERRE now has a dashboard with the most relevant KPIs for their needs with a periodic automatic refresh, several times a day, so they can review the data in the different meetings they have for the company, team leaders and at team level.
