Siemens is one of the largest industrial manufacturing companies in Europe. The German group is present in 190 countries and has a workforce of 379,000 people.

Starting point

Siemens' finance and marketing departments needed to significantly expand their existing dashboards to better understand their data and make more agile decisions.

Solution

We worked on two separate projects, one for each department, with teams consisting of people from four companies, with our responsibility being the creation of the dashboards in Qlik View. An Agile approach with Scrum was followed, combining remote and face-to-face meetings in Germany.

Outcome

Thanks to this project, both departments substantially increased their analytical and decision-making capacity.
